Total thyroidectomy in march 2015 (other Hospital) for a papillary thyroid carcinoma with extra thyroid extension.
Postoperative dysphonia. Right vocal fold paralysis.
Speech therapy with partial improvement.
Referred to our Department for thyroplasty.
Right vocal fold paralysis in paramedian position.
